How to Have Beautiful Glowing Skin Naturally

1. DRINK A LOT OF WATER :
The benefits of water cannot be overemphasized. Water is needed to give adequate moisture to the skin and help it remain healthy. Inadequate water intake could cause the skin to become dry. It is recommended that you have at least 6 to 8 glasses of clean water daily.
2. PROPER DIET:

3. EXERCISE:

4. VITAMINS:

Sleep revitalizes the skin. You could sometimes tell a sleep deprived person from their skin especially that around the eyes as it cause dark under eye circles and eye bags. Sleep helps the body fight pathogens and free radicals. You should have at least 8 hours of sleep daily.

Natural remedies are easy to prepare and can be prepared using simple ingredients from your kitchen. The beauty of natural remedies is that most of them are mild on the skin and don’t have side effects.
Take advantage of these simple but effective remedies to bring out a noticeable glow from your skin:
1. CUCUMBER AND MILK CLEANSER :
You can have your own homemade cleanser in a few minutes using cucumber and milk. When applied to the skin cucumber softens and smoothens it also helps to tighten the skin while milk moisturizes it. Make a mixture of cucumber and milk and apply to face using a cotton ball and leave for 15 mins then rinse off for a glowing skin.

2. AVOCADO AND HONEY MASK :
Mash 1 avocado and mix it with 2 tablespoons of honey, apply to skin and leave on for to dry. Avocados contain vitamin E which softens and gives skin a glow while honey absorbs and retains moisture into the skin. Wash off after 30 mins for glowing, supple and moisturized skin instantly.
3. YOGHOURT :
Yoghourt is rich in proteins, lactic acid and enzymes which sooth and cleanse the skin making it soft and smooth. When combined with honey and few drops of lemon it makes a moisturizing and ex-foliating mask. Massage this mixture into face on leave on for 5 mins then wash off. It makes skin smooth and glowing.
4. COCONUT MILK :
Mix 2 tablespoons of freshly prepared coconut milk with 1 teaspoon of sandalwood powder. Apply the mixture over face and allow for 15 mins to dry then wash off with warm water.
5. BANANA :
For an instant glow mix 1 tablespoon of well mashed ripe banana with 1/2 teaspoon of honey. Wash off after 15 mins with lukewarm water. For best results do this once in two days.
