, Charles Oputa, also called CharlyBoy, has responded to charges by prevalent activist, Deji Adeyanju, that he received cash to attack the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar, before the February 23 election.
Adeyanju is one of the founders of the civil society group.
AYNAIJANG NEWS reports that Adeyanju on Wednesday claimed that Charley Boy had confessed to him that he collected money form President Muhammadu Buhari to attack Atiku before presidential election.

The maverick entertainer rather warned Adeyanju whom he described as his ‘son’ to take it easy.
Charly Boy on his Facebook page wrote: “When a father sits in silence it’s because he is a father.
“Deji, me and you know weytin dey worry you, wey you no fit tell your fans.
“Nevertheless, I still love you, try mellow on your break dancing my son.”
