A 7-month-old baby in Ohio was hospitalized with a blood alcohol level three times the limit of what an adult could drive with.
According to Cleveland police report, the situation was discovered after the baby mother's who left the infant with a family member and working came to take the baby.
The mother claimed she noticed the baby "was very tired and not acting herself" and it was getting worse.
Hospital workers did a test and the results later revealed that the infant had a BAC of 0.25, which is over there times the legal limit for an adult driving.
According to the report, there are guesses that a family member might have put liquor in a bottle to get the child to stop crying and fall asleep.
