news making rounds that he's finding tough to get sureties to bail him out despite been granted bail.

A week ago, a court allowed the artist bail in order of N2million in addition to two sureties. Nonetheless, since the bail was without a doubt, the embattled singer has reminded in prison.
News filtered this morning that the reason why Naira Marley hasn’t been released is because nobody wants to stand as surety for him due to his past records of crime. The sureties required to bail him are reported to be Level 10 officials.
In order to debunk the rumors, a post on his IG page urged the public to disregard such news. According to the post, the reason why he hasn’t been released is not because no one wants to stand as surety, but because officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, are currently trying to verify details put forward by the sureties he claims are already on ground.
Naira Marley and four other guys were arrested few weeks ago on allegation of internet fraud aka Yahoo Yahoo. This was few days after he released a new song titled “Am I a Yahoo boy?”.
