Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde has threatened to expose his predecessor,
Abiola Ajimobi if he does not stop disturbing his government.
Makinde made the threat on Saturday during a media chat on Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State to mark his 30 days in office.
According to the governor, his administration has uncovered N150bn debt within his first 30 days in office, adding that more debts were still being collated by government officials which would be made public soon.
He said a sum of N1.3bn seized from past government officials by the Federal Government would be retrieved to tackle some education sector problems.

Makinde also revealed that the past government in the state spent about N2bn on a kilometre of road.
He said: “We have confirmed N150bn debt so far. We are still working to discover more. Some of them may be questionable. If you take bond, it is always tied to a particular project. If we want, we can do value-for-money audit.
“Our focal point is how to strengthen the economy of the state so that all and sundry will prosper. But I will expose them if they don’t want to stop disturbing us. When we do, they won’t be able to move on the streets.”
The governor also revealed that the state received N4.5bn federal allocation while salaries and pensions stood at N5.4bn, leaving the state with a shortfall of about N1bn monthly.
