CONSTITUTED AUTHORITY: Ajimobi replies Makinde: English is your problem.

The former governor of Oyo state, Senator Abiola Ajimobi (Koseleri
1) has fired back at the present governor of the state Engr. Seyi Makinde over the statement made by the present governor in Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomosho. The Governor when he was addressing the students and staff of the University on the present industrial action going on in the University, there were interruption from students during his address, like they did to immediate past governor of the state, Senator Abiola Ajimobi in a viral video a few years ago.

But unlike Ajimobi, who delivered his now famous “CONSTITUTED AUTHORITY” “Are you a student too?”

“What course are you doing?” and “Bring that boy for me” among others, Engr. Seyi Makinde, jokingly said: “All these things you people are doing, can you do them in front of CONSTITUTED AUTHORITY?” which led to cheers from stakeholders and students of the University for his sense of humor.

The former governor wasn’t pleased with the governor action and said “When you don’t understand simple English and you can’t operate google; you will think CONSTITUTED AUTHORITY is a bad thing. It is legal representation of people in power and its function. The Former Governor went further that “If my brother Engr. Seyi Makinde said he’s not the CONSTITUTED AUTHORITY, that means he’s saying he is not the lawful person to be in government that means he is an UNCONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY no more no less” says the former governor of the state.

Can we say since Engr. Makinde said he’s not the CONSTITUTED AUTHORITY, he is illegal governor?
Should all governor be addressed as CONSTITUED AUTHORITY?
