What You Need To Know.About The Bimodal Voters Accreditation System

(BVAS) As A Voter

1) It works offline (It does not require any internet connection to function).

2) The machine comes preloaded with the voters register for a particular polling unit. 

3) Voters information can be pulled up via:

A - Your surname

B - Through your card VIN

C - By scanning your card QR code

4) It has a battery life span of 10-12 hrs and an additional 5hrs back-up power. So you have 15-17hrs of uninterrupted power supply.

5) Accreditation will be performed through either:A) Biometrics (fingerprint) or

B) Facial recognition 

You will not be allowed to vote If you fail both accreditation criteria. No electronic accreditation, no voting.
