Popular Nigerian socialites have been reportedly arrested and reminded in Cyprus.
On Tuesday, October 10, it was reported that the well-known internet phenomenon and the former security guards had been arraigned before being remanded.
The cause of their arraignment is still an open question, though. Authorities in Cyprus allegedly confined them to an underground prison.
Aynaijang recalled that after being fired from their security guard jobs in Nigeria for dancing while on duty at a fast-food restaurant, the Happie Boys rose to prominence.
Following their viral job loss, they were given scholarships to further their education in Cyprus thanks to Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, the founder of Omega Power Ministries (OPM), a well-known religious figure.
Their luck changed, though, when a video of the two young guys accusing the pastor of leaving them in Cyprus became viral online.
And the fresh update is the arrest brouhaha in Cyprus.
